I love the irony!
To answer the OP, they are not the sharpest tacks in the pack & they have gone so long spewing crap & never getting called on it, that they are over now overly confident that the media will back them & that the People will acquiesce.
Again, they are so certain they control reality, when in fact, they have not looked at reality closely in such a long time, that they have no idea how out of touch they sound - to millions of women and men - when they make these derogetory comments about women & outrageous statements about birth control.
I hope we can get that hateful prick off the air. I will party the day that hole dies.
