So why is Dolan complaining NOW? This sounds very much to me that the Catholic Church wants to impose their religious views on EVERYONE, even when their organizations are exempt. It is very much the same as the gay marriage issue. They don't have to marry gays any more than they have to marry divroced people. Yet Dolan is still fighting marriage equality in NY.

If the Catholic Church wants to get into the political arena and force THEIR views on the public at large, TAX THEM.
