Was George W. Bush serving as President when he said; "The Constitution? That's just a goddamned piece of paper." That a President could speak so condescendingly to a document upon which our Country is based, is simply beyond my comprehension!

Which was even more appalling than "Those weapons of mass destruction have to be around here somewhere!"

They only abide by the parts of the Constitution they were told to like.
