George Will said just about all even a low information voter needs to know to understand the Republican current state of affairs:
"They want to bomb Iran, but they're afraid of Rush Limbaugh."
It would appear that Limbaugh is most relevant for the simplw reason that the fear of the entire GOP leadership to deal with Rush Limbaugh is central to their unfitness to lead.
Since corporate media is currently doing damage control for Rush by falsely downplaying what Rush did, and falsely portraying Republicans as having denounced him: The reality is that there is no equivalence between condemning someone as a POLITICAL prostitute (as Ed Schultz did), and lying that a non-politician citizen who dared to speak out about contraceptive coverage - - -
(and the reality that the denial of such coverage has meant denial of coverage for conditions unrelated to contraception, eloquently citing the example of a woman with polycystic ovarian syndrome who subsequently had an an ovary surgically removed after being denied coverage) - - - was a slut in the sexual meaning of the word, who had men "lining up" to have sex woth her, and soliciting sex tapes of her so "we can all watch". . . . . . This the corporate media falsely portrays as equivalent to a Democrat condemning a public professional political pundit for prostituting in the non-sexual meaning as defined by Webster.
The corporate media likewise falsely portrays statements by leading Republicans that they would not use the "same language" as a condemnation of Limbaugh,
So the truth - - - that the Republican Party as a whole is afraid of their number one demagogue and is UNFIT TO LEAD - - - needs to be repeated ad infintum until November.
