but those physco patches worked wonders for me......just calmed me down, and helped me quit. May 2nd 2006 was the last day I had a cigarette.

It can actually be detected by smell in the urine, though I'm sure they do a chem test instead

nicotine that's what they test for and that is what e cigs are. Lot of jobs forbid nicotine use.
