I've been noticing some newer trucks get better gas mileage than my small car. Also, some people have legit needs for a larger truck. I don't put pickup owners in the same category as Hummers, because there is a practical usage for pickups.

I bought a EcoBoost. 18+ in the city and 23+ on the hiway, depending on the hills. n/c
