Ted Cruz was instrumental, or at least someone's loyal lap dog, in creating the current crisis in DC.

So what does this brilliant light of intelligence do?
He goes to the White House to protest the shutdown!

How stupid do they think we are?
That, "The black guy did it," chant isn't resonating.
