A lot of teaparty nuts down here, but if there is a storm, they want their federal money. They don't want President Obama here, he is a Muslim and not one of us, but they want their cash and be quick about it.

i am not downplaying the destruction in May or the loss of life, just pointing out the hipocracy of being against the government but standing with your hand out when things happen. There are tons of uninsured folks down here that found themselves out in the cold in May. They say they could not afford insurance on their homes and cars, but they could afford 2 or 3 cars and a new truck in the driveway. Wouldn't want to make them buy insurance that would be socialism. But giving them government money to rebuild is "the American way".

Sorry, I get frustrated listening to them down here.
