4. I have to say I'm really glad so many people have recording devices with them all the time

I mean this kind of stuff has been going on FOREVER, but hopefully with people recording it people will wake up to what's happening. Stop and frisk is a racist policy from the get-go so it isn't surprising that they'd act like that while they're doing it.
