128. Police blotter report. Why is this guy allowed to attend a university?

Matthew B. Barnett, 17, Maryville, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on right half of roadway, and person less than 18 possessing cigarettes.

Just had a conversation with the police in Maryville and was told there is no info available. When asked what my interest was, I was told by this deputy (female) that MB is not a rapist, and she said quote "actually I know the truth". When I asked for her name, she hung up. Her name is Christy Forney. 660-562-3209. It would be nice if we could find out why there was no record, yet was released originally on police blotter from the city of Maryville. I think we know why. Also why a rep of police would feel it appropriate to volunteer her opinion, in a snide tone of voice no less.
