(46,416 posts)28. "Support" is a weird word to use. This is just one of the reasons, though, that the GOP
shouldn't have shut down the government--people like this get caught in the net. The federal government is in a lot of places, but particularly in national parks--not surprising that these folks are affected. It's unfortunate, but so are everyone else's situations in this mess. Edit to add: to make it clear, I don't support ANY shutdown of anything. Because I'm a Democrat.
