(46,416 posts)37. It's funding. That's my entire point. If someone else steps up to run the site at their
expense and legal risk, the federal government is letting them. So there's no show--just a lack of funding to operate, run, protect, administer, or oversee. Oh, and yeah--every bit of federal property certainly falls under some federal entity or another to oversee it. How could it be otherwise?
