Low amniotic fluid can also cause other birth defects as well, due to the inability of the fetus to move freely. Poor little mite.

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy -- all we can do is pray that this woman has had her eyes opened to what can sometimes happen to people while they are planning other things to do with their lives.

I would only add this: It's not "a miracle" that she's alive. It's Science and Technology and Medicine, all in vast quantities.
