(8,217 posts)The idea is that no matter how busy we are, we can make time to do something active. The one in DC, does races and are pretty supportive of each other.
So when I saw the picture, I was mostly impressed at her ability for time management. That is hard...
I mean, I work out daily, anywhere from 60-90 minutes and I am nowhere near as toned as that. Then again, my downfall is lack of sleep and bad eating habits. I love food dangit...
It is no excuse, and I know I have to do better.
Look, "What's your excuse" could be cheeky, but the thing is, it is also a sense of accomplishment after achieving what she has, basically it also means "You can do this too". To be healthy, you have to find every single thing to motivate you. If it motivates others, that is all well and good. That is her target audience.
People that post on her FB to bash on her, to me is hateful. If you don't agree with it, so what? Going off on her is just being judgemental and laced with jealousy. It is easy enough to ignore if you don't agree, I don't particularly need that negativity. Too much of that as is. However, if you decide to do something, commit to the work out, you will have some sort of success.
Me, I have to work out otherwise my Blood Pressure would spike up. I don't have much of a choice, I need to make it a priority or I die. So instead of watching a show, I do a work out. Tony Horton, Shaun T, and Les Mills are my Patron Saints.
I will applaud any one who is doing something active. It is a great thing, and it is something that they could do instead of running their mouths. Time spent doing something active is time away from talking trash...
Unless your someone like Mayweather who talks trash while working out(talks even worse when he's not). I guess that is part of his motivation.
