15. Not quite accurate.

Not that I am defending the neo-Confederate who was talking about flying his flag upside-down, but it is true that, when the "Confederate Battle Flag" (i.e. the Cross of St. Andrew, as shown above) is flown upside-down, it's readily obvious because the stars are all upside-down (with one point of each star pointing straight down). The above graphic does not illustrate an upside-down Confederate Battle Flag.
