Laguerre told police he was driving a Chevy Impala with a female friend when he spotted a naked man and turned around, according to a search warrant filed in Broward Circuit Court.
He told police he rolled down his window "and asked the male if he was OK."
Laguerre told police he asked several times, and then Cherry grabbed the window. "Laguerre attempted to raise the window but was unable to because the male [Cherry] was pulling on it."
According to the documents, Laguerre said Cherry then reached into his car and grabbed his shoulder. Laguerre reached into his console, grabbed a Glock 9 mm handgun and fired. The round shattered the window. He drove away, called a friend and then called his step-father who told him to call 911.
A passing police sergeant noticed Cherry on the ground and stopped to help. He said Cherry was awake and talking. Laguerre returned to the scene. His passenger corroborated his story and said she recorded some of the incident on her cellphone.

OP
By a gentlemen's agreement among the MSM in Chicago, these types of attacks are not reported.

I wonder if the killer will try to claim "stand your ground" - obviously no concealed weapons

The cops haven't even arrested the killer. They aren't really capable of "doing their job."

Have to have a really sick mentality to think seeing a dead man is better than seeing a naked one

Any of the usual suspects want to make the legal case that Cherry got what was coming?
