9. This is one of those "disgusting but correct" rulings.

If the guy wanted to change his plea, he had a legal right to do so. The judge overstepped when he refused to allow the guy to change his guilty plea.

All criminals have the right to a trial. That right has to be preserved, no matter how evil the criminal may be.
