I understand taxidermizing something like a deer or elk head. That way you get some good meat and something to remember the hunt by. But stuffing a bluefin tuna that big, no thank you. That fish would take up an entire wall and honestly doesn't look cool. Tuna tastes great, but I think the taxidermy process ruins the meat for fish.
