Going "incognito" on Google Chrome? It can't be that simple, can it?
(CTRL-SHIFT-N, in case you're wondering).
Cookies? This seems too simplistic for all the hubbub.

Nooo....the cookies are intentional...but the cookies are now no longer valid...you need a new

I found that out on Oct 1. That info was in the healthcare.gov log in help menu. nt
