cookie...thats whats going on...you have to get rid of that one...so you can get a new one.

Ask any of your IT friends how to clear cache and cookies for your operating system....its very easy and they should do it in a matter of seconds....

It's something that needs to be done every so often so you should have them teach you how while they are at it....

having trouble with a video? Clear cache....often that is all you need to do. So have someone show you how...
