(27,670 posts)51. No offense, but you clearly haven't a clue about the depth and scope of the problems
that many people encounter while negotiating this process.
It goes way beyond Log In problems, and is a frustrating new miserable experience for many of us.
Please, don't make judgments about what we are experiencing from an uninformed viewpoint, because you are apparently seeing only the first piece of the puzzle.

I found that out on Oct 1. That info was in the healthcare.gov log in help menu. nt
