7. Yes, I had the same experience...

...a few days ago after reading about his comments. If you were to get your information about this incident solely from the newspapers, you would think that he called her a "slut" and later apologized. You might wonder what's the big deal, given that he apologized, and that worse things are said every day? But if you actually listen to some of the stuff he actually said, he came right out and said "she's having so much sex, she can't afford her birth control pills and she wants us to pay for them!" and stuff like that. In my opinion it goes straight into serious defamation of character, because he kept piling on with this narrative for days. It was truly vile and disgusting and once again, our media is asleep at the wheel. Well, not asleep, actually -- they are protecting one of their own, against a private citizen who has been treated in the most reprehensible way.
