telling his *billions* of listeners that it was obvious their business desicion is based on LW feelings and collaboration rather than actual desire for customers. In his arrogance he still doesn't really 'get it'. He doesn't understand that he crossed a line of decency and I'm very, very glad Fluke did not accept his partial apology. For all the stuff he didn't apologize for, they were still disgusting.
