that I did not know what I was doing and could not possibly have had as much trouble as I've had trying to get insurance, and then start telling me the problem is this or that, when they are clueless about how many times I've tried this or that and it didn't work
That log in question you asked is usually where it starts.
Here is part of what I've had to deal with. Healthcare.gov dead ended in a spiderweb for me and I was advised to do everything over the phone and though the mail.
