21. Yes. A jury and a very low standard of "determination"

In a criminal trial you need to be found guilty;
"beyond all reasonable doubt".

In civil trials - there's different issues/standards.

Sometimes the medium level of evidence conclusion
"clear and convincing"

But - for the most part - I only need provide proof;
to the "preponderance of the evidence" standard.

With Civil RICO - we only need two crimes (called "predicate acts&quot

which have transpired within a period of 10 years.

In our eToys case with have 100 crimes alone;
corroborated in part by Confessions already.

They CAN'T let this go to trial.

It is plain stupid that he didn't give U.S. back eToys already.
