Bain Capital was paid $83 million by Michael Glazer (who paid himself $18 million); before Glazer filed bankruptcy of Kay Bee Toys. The Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnel ("MNAT&quot

law firm represents Bain in that $83 million preferential treatment (probable fraudulent conveyance).

MNAT is doing this crap when it is also eToys attorney;
and helping sell eToys assets (reducing the prices every chance) to Bain/Kay Bee.

THESE Hidden Secrets in court dockets is why Reddit's Aaron Swartz
was putting everything from Federal Court - online for Free.

Mitt Romney wants to be "retroactively" retired from Bain in August 2001;
back to February 11, 1999.

Colm Connolly was a partner of MNAT from 1999 to August 2, 2001.

Where he then became the U.S. Attorney in Aug/01
and then
refused to investigate and/or prosecute MNAT/ Romney/ Bain & Goldman Sachs
