On a regular Amtrak train, coach is default, and you have to upgrade for business or first.

On Acela trains, business is default so it's the "coach" of Acela trains.

I take Amtrak a couple times a year (some coach, some business), so I know the different pricing, but not often enough to know the frequent riders' jargon.
