Satan is nothing compared to God, and Satan is really only God's lackey after all. The only people Satan killed in the Bible was because God told him too. God's kill count on the other hand....

The foundational problem is religion itself. It's an irrational, dangerous belief system.

It's how you have millions of progressive people worshiping the same hateful, genocidal god as these fuckers do, and not think twice about it. It's how hateful beliefs based on religion by conservative religious people can never be defeated by religious reasoning from progressive religious people, because they're using the same flawed system of belief, and there is no reasoning in religion. It's how millions of self-identified liberals enable and perpetuate stupid beliefs, and willingly associate themselves with explicitly bigoted belief systems. Faith is celebrating gullibility as a virtue.
