85. First three weeks: "A few, glitches, but many people signing up"

As soon as the shutdown ends: "The website is completely broken how is the administration going to handle this crisis!"

Why? They have health insurance, so they have no clue what signing up actually entails. Hey, the Republicans said it was horrible, and they're trustworthy, no?
