I think the crying would be high pitched though, if pain
were being inflicted. I see more fear than anything on the
baby's face though.

What really needs to be examined is the way we are
told what to feel about the video, and the mother's asides
to the baby, especially near the end.
I call bullshit on the whole "production."
Do a search on the "credit" name...
or here, I'll save you the time.
