64. Warm here in NW Florida...and the Trick or Treaters were out in full force!

We probably had the most kids we've had in years. The weather is nice (but rain on the way) so they lucked out tonight. A few more hours later and it would have been miserable.

I bought two bags of Kids Mix and was modest in what my husband and I gave out. Two or three pieces to each child. Some of them came with pillow cases nearly full of loot!!! Tootie Rolls, Tootsie Roll Pops, Dots and several kinds of taffy were what we gave out. We ran out around 8:30 so we turned off the light and unplugged the electric jack o' lantern. Probably had 40 + kids....some teens, but mostly 12 and younger. All polite and said thank you. Even the older ones. Lots of great costumes, too....many home made and very clever. Gotta love it!
