35. Remember there is "processed" versus "enrolled"

Enrollment means the insurance company has received the package, everything checks out, they have issued the policy, and the customer has made the first payment. There is necessarily a lag time on that.

My state is Indiana. Competition here (at least in Marion County / Indianapolis) sucks.
