And the design threw me, though in retrospect I am not surprised that it's there because there's an eclectic aesthetic to their public art that from photos I've seen has been expanding and expanding to include any possibility.
I'd have placed the iconography more at Eastern Europe.
Good one this week, I love these when I catch them!
