27. It has always been an effective strategy. We just forget to do it sometimes.

We get distracted and focus on races we cannot influence much. And we get the candidate for President we get. I caucused for Obama in both elections, but it wasn't my decision to make. At the state convention, delegates to the national convention are selected, and I'm not someone who will get to be a national delegate. Not even in my wildest dreams. I can be a state delegate, though, and a district delegate. And I always am.
