42. Paid as I went. But I went mostly as a working adult.

Sure put things in perspective. It was a job, and at the same time they were working for me, and I avoided so much of that "they're parents that I have to please" garbage. We were a team, designed to make me succeed. I never had a single prof who didn't respect that.
