Pardoning Snowden ... or something [View all]

I'd like to know how many folks here think that there is a pardon for Snowden in the future or maybe some other outcome.
I wonder how hard the NSA and other intelligence agencies would push back on any reforms or any leniency for Snowden.
This may well the the defining issue of Obama's administration.
