12. Is the NSA is laughing with you?

It CAN happen here. It happens damn near everywhere at one time or another and it always seems unlikely until it's too late. Ask someone from Germany.
The power of such a technological strangle hold on information and transactions in our society is completely unprecedented.
The size and secrecy of the intelligence community is unprecedented and so are the laws that protect that community.
The misuse of such power in an agency that seems immune from accountability is already established fact.
