AP has fixed Loudoun error. HOWEVER, it has not fixed Buchanan error, which means Herring's "true" lead is more likely 416, not 616.

UPDATE: Fairfax County is reporting 287 more Herring votes & 270 more Obenshain votes than AP Tx4obama Nov 2013 #7
