Of those, 1 is McGahyesville, in Rockingham County - very Republican - typically about 80-20 R-D:

Population of McGaheysville is about 4,500, nearly twice that of, say, Timbersville, which the Repub got a lead of 211 from. So that could be lead of 400 for him.

The other 2 are in Mecklenburg County:

Harder to call - Repub overall, but some precincts did go for Herring.
