34. Actually... the area that Coralville spent $ on developing was greatly needed.

From my understanding, the area that now has a convention center, brewery, Von Mauer store, other retail shops and new Univ of IA medical out-patient center used to be a run-down truck stop with a strip club.

Another community in the area has decided to use debt tools to revitalize their community.
