Wasn't this technology to be used to find missing children? Weren't they going to try posting phone numbers for help that were only visible at the child's eye level, and regular advertising at the parents'. It's really messed up to think that something that is supposed to be a beacon of safety for lost and abused children is being used to terrify them.
