15. My Crazy Tea Party Uncle was on Medicare but wanted to deny others access to affordable

insurance.

He spent his entire life on the tax-payer's dime. West point grad, Masters in Engineering (paid for by the army) at a Michigan university, retired, stayed in the Army Reserve, went to work for a defense contractor, retired from there, etc.

When I pointed out that he had never paid for his education himself and had only worked in jobs where he was paid by taxpayers, he got angry with me! Gee, who would've predicted that?

Anyway, I t tired of all his bullshit and started pointing this stuff out to him and the rest of the family group. I never let up on him. He's gone now, so there's one less TEa Party vote.
