This arrived late Thursday.

"Arlington Democrats,

The Mark Herring campaign needs your help! As of the current count, our Attorney General candidate, Mark Herring, trails his opponent, Mark Obenshain, by less than 800 votes. But there are still thousands of provisional ballots outstanding. We need callers first thing tomorrow (Friday) morning and throughout the day to help make calls to track down provisional voters and otherwise help track information for the recount. Can you spare an hour? If so, click here to email Matt Weinstein and Travis Zollner, our statewide voter protection coordinators, and they will get you a shift and instructions.

Arl. abuts Fairfax County and Jim Moran represents areas in both counties. It was reported earlier that a big undercount occurred in Moran's FFX Co. area. On an electoral map, that are appeared to be one of the slightly less blue parts of FFX, but I could be wrong about that. My guess is that it is about 55% blue (versus ~68% for Arlington).
