Just heard from Obenshain campaign, they 100 percent deny any challenge to a voting machine, they have lawyers there.

ON EDIT:

Drilling down on this a bit, on Fri. the State Board of Elections (SBE) ruled voters must present in person to testify and cannot have legal counsel do so in their stead, as I understand it. There has been some confusion in this regard. Also, there is concern that the rules have been changed in the middle of a process, and may thereby be unfair to those impacted after the ruling. I don't see this ruling impacting the count of provisionals.
