4. Nukes In Space - The Rainbow Bombs

I thought the Cuban missile crisis was bad and alarming. But this documentary shows what was also happening with the US and Soviet testing during these years and how close we really came to nuclear annihilation by carelessness on both sides. The times were even more scary and crazy than one thought. We were at the brink.

The documentary also shows Kennedy in press interviews and with his cabinet discussing the times and the programs of exploding nukes in space.

The documentary is not concerned with his assassination nor conspiratory slants but exposes a piece of history many are not aware of and how the nuclear test ban treaty might of saved the world. BTW my dad worked on it.

It is narrated by William Shatner.

Yes we lost a great man .
