154. Don't care for Macs but I love their portable devices

My wife has an iPad, I have a large capacity iPod and we both have iPhones - I've had no complaints about them and find them more stable than the Android products we've used.
But I like tinkering and customizing my PC and I cannot abide with Macs because of that. If I did more multimedia work maybe, but my main experience has been troubleshooting MacMail which is awful.
Maybe part of it is that their users are less knowledgable about assorted settings (because they don't need to worry about them) or they place too much trust in the reliability of the brand name (I've had customers insist that the problem must be the modem because Airports are made by Apple and therefore the best on the market - even when I had them disconnect it and watch their Internet speeds double), but I find that Macs and Airports are a royal pain to troubleshoot over the phone (and almost as annoying in person!)
