Monday Morning updates:

By my math, there are 627 provisional votes outstanding, including 492 in Fairfax Co. Only a fraction of those 627 will be counted. #VAAG

It is somewhat surprising 2013 provisionals have not skewed Dem. In '09, Cuccinelli (R) won state big but took proviz only 368-363. #VAAG.

By my math, of 2,511 provisional ballots adjudicated so far, 1,157 (45.7%) have had valid #VAAG votes. Obenshain (R) 583, Herring (D) 574.

It's unclear whether there is still an issue in Richmond 501, where sources said registrar's tally sheet had 190 more votes than on SBE.

#CarytownConundrum #ShockoeSlipUp MT @JoeStGeorge Richmond #vaag drama. 8 precincts will be reviewed today at 1pm. Included is Richmond 501.

However, (also via @JoeStGeorge), it was *Republicans* who asked to review these 8 precincts...so would they contain missing D votes? #VAAG
