182. Grasping at straws? Now down 115 votes, GOP requests review of 9 more precincts in Richmond.

As this nail-biter begins to move out of recount territory, the numbers keep moving in favor of Dem Mark Herring.

It is disturbing that a review of only 8 precincts found a 135 Dem vote advantage had gone "missing" somehow.
