Which is why I always end up giggling at the thought of bitumen from Canada (which is another country) being sold to any number of other countries freeing us from dependency on foreign oil.

It'll be "our" oil in the same sense that Korean citizens on a flight from New York to Seoul are "citizens" while in transit through U.S. airspace.
