You can stop artery problems in their tracks, by living and eating right.

And avoid coconut, palm kernel and palm oils. Those are what food congolmerates are replacing trans-fats with.

I exercise every day, have a 90% vegetarian diet (the rest is fish, usually salmon), and drink red wine each day.
